Listed under Waterfalls in The United Kingdom.
The Ingleton Waterfalls Trail, winding 8 kilometres though this wood of ancient oaks between the hills and dales of the Dales, is the best way to see the falls of Ingleton. This isn’t just one waterfall but a series and they all have different names, Pecca Twin Falls, First Pecca Falls, Snow Falls, Rival Falls, Breezley Falls Triple Spout etc. The tail passes all the major ones. It takes between two and a half to four hours to complete the walk, which has been paved and bridges and railings built in – it’s not a hard hike, but there are steep sections where you’ll have to walk up stairs.
The good news is that the Ingleton Scenery Company who manage the trail claim it has some of the most spectacular waterfall and woodland scenery in the north of England, the bad news is that you have to pay an entrance fee to stroll the falls route and there’s a gift shop.
