The National Constitution Center is a great way to go in-depth about the founding of the United States. Located on Independence Mall in Philadelphia, across from the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall, the Center features numerous interactive exhibits, including taking the Presidential Oath-of-Office. Must-sees include Founder's Hall, featuring life-size replicas of the signers of the Constitution, and the film "Freedom Rising."

The newest addition to Independence Mall is the National Constitution Center

The newest addition to Independence Mall is the National Constitution Center, a museum dedicated to the history of the U.S. Constitution and its application to American’s daily lives. Considered to be one of the most interactive museums in the country, the Center has numerous exhibits that enhance one’s understanding of the Constitution throughout the years but are also fun. Other highlights include the multimedia presentation Freedom Rising and Signer’s Hall which has live-size replicas of the men who signed the Constitution. You can explore the Center on your own or you can use an audio guide to use throughout the complex. Although there is an admittance fee, this is a museum that should not be missed.

HELPFUL HINT: The National Constitution Center has featured exhibits throughout the year. Check out their website to see what will be there during your visit.
