A very small village in Piemonte, on the outskirts of Asti. It has practically nothing to distinguish it from thousands of other tiny villages throughout Europe, with the exception of a very good little restaurant: Pinin.
The young chef offers his own twist on regional dishes, without ever loosing track of the traditions. We were there during easter, and were fortunate enough to experience a six-hour "lunch".
There is only one place to stay in the village (an apartement house), and bus service is twice daily.
