Grand Army Plaza is the big bit at the entrance to Prospect Park with what looks like the beginnings of an Arc de Triomphe, topped by a company in a chariot accompanied by extra horses and some heralding angels. This is the Soldiers and Sailors' Arch, and like the French version the streets circle around it forming the 'plaza'. The plaza's fountain is a monument to JFK, and there are also bronzes of Lincoln and Grant, both of them on horseback.
