Rural hideaway of ten rooms in off-the-beaten-track Alentejo. One and a half hours from Faro, Frank McClintock's idyll is perfect for people who want to escape the pressures of big city life, and do absolutely nothing. On the edge of a magnificent lake, the area is rich in birdlife and cork forests. Food is prepared from local produce, and guests eat together with stunning views over the lake.
