If you want your room to be more than just a place to lay your head then the Propeller Island City Lodge in Berlin delivers. Every room has a theme and how you lay your head depends entirely on the theme you get. For those wanting to reclaim their youth, the Castle room will make you very happy, with the bed actually being a castle while the Grandma room will possibly creep you out. For those of you with colour preference, the blue and orange rooms, and for those of you looking for something a bit different; the prison cell, padded cell and Gruft (where your bed is a coffin) rooms will all do the trick. In a city full of hotels and hostels this one sticks out by some distance.
