Equity Point seems like it’s about the right distance from the snake charmers in the market 300 metres away, close enough to visit them but not close enough so that if they escaped they wouldn’t be able to find you. With riad style rooms decorated in the local style with artfully strewn cushions in warm colours, decorative mirrors and large pieces of art, this hostel is built around a shady inner courtyard and topped by a rooftop bar offering communal space with a good view and within smelling distance for some of Marrakech’s most interesting sights and street life.

Double and single rooms with their own bathrooms are more like hotel rooms than hostel rooms if the photos are anything to go on, and the dorm rooms sleeping between four and ten people are a bit bigger than usual due to this old building being designed by an architect generous with the space.

The staff will sort you out with a one, two or three day trip into the desert.

Fantastatic place to be

I completely agree with the review. I think there is just one missing thing . . . the food served there was out of this world, we try a tagim one nigth and the tea and the breakfast. . . absolutely great!!! This place is really THE place to be in Marrakech, its not cheap for being a hostel, but it makes sense to spend every euro there. Highly recomended !!!!
