The Cape to Cape Track winds along the coast of Western Australia's Margaret River region, a fantastic exploration of 120km of one of Australia's most spectacular coasts. From Cape Leewin in the south to Cape Naturaliste in the north, the track offers diverse trekking, tall Karri (eucalypt) forests, long sandy beaches, rugged limestone and rounded granite headlands. The backdrop of the always active Indian Ocean including some of the best surf in Australia adds another dimension. Of course, Margaret River is also famous for its fine wines and hospitality, so a Cape to Cape Trek is often a most convivial of trekking holidays.
