Pelkor Chode Monastery is a large building perched spectacularly on the tip of a cliff top. Built in the mid 15th Century, originally multiple monasteries made up the complex, and monks from different sects made up the inhabitants, however today it is maintained by monks from only the Gelupga sect. Inside you will find some beautiful Buddhist artworks.
There is a small fee to enter.
