Surf Snapper Rocks (Superbank)

Listed under Surfing in Queensland, Australia.

Nicknamed Superbank, this is a point/beach break wave with a sandy bottom. It can link through Greenmount beach, possibly Australia’s best beach break wave (VERY CROWDED), which has a right-hand wave and is strictly for advanced surfers only. Good all year round with best surfing on waves up to six feet, but it can have a strong sweep when waves get over four feet. Minimum water temperature is 18degrees.
