This little museum has a huge collection - it first opened in 1885 and has since been collecting objects from both the national and international scene as well as crafts from time periods long ago right up until today. The artifacts are displayed in interesting ways with engaging descriptions. There are several permanent exhibitions such as “Born in Fire” which shows the stylistic and technological developments in glass and ceramics through the 20th century and “Time Machine” which is a fantastic display of clocks and shows the development of time-keeping over the years. Running exhibitions change a few times a year.

The museum is free so whether you're a big history buff or not, it's probably worth a look at all the stuff they have.
