The spa is in the basement of the Knightsbridge hotel. It's cool, spare, and has flowers and pebbles and water displayed “rooted in the principles of Zen”, apparently, but even if you know nothing of this, it is an elegant atmosphere. Alongside all sorts of wraps, rituals and massages, specialities include the Four Handed Oriental Harmony massage, Shiatsu Inspired Ginger Ritual and Ayurvedic Ritual Experiences. Beauty treatments such as tinting and waxing are available to hotel guests only. This is a proper day spa that offers soothing treatments from expert therapists, with great attention to every detail and good value for money. I loved the soft, luxurious, relaxing atmosphere. They didn't put a foot wrong throughout my spa day. It was fantastic. Also very handy for Harvey Nicks!
