With its own large cove on the northern tip of St. Lucia, Body Holiday is a fantastic mix of sports, relaxation and entertainment beachside. The Oasis Spa, set above the resort in a Moorish palace-style building, offers a huge range of treatments. Massages and beauty treatments include Swedish body massage, Thalasso wrap, facials and hydrotherapy. There is even a honeymoon massage, a couples’ session with tips for when you return home! Holistic and medical treatments include acupuncture and acupressure, personalized yoga and marma massage, reflexology, kinesiology, Suikodo Chinese bodywork and iridology. A host of Ayurvedic treatments include double massages, facials and detox programmes and ritual combination treatments.
