Frequented by Oprah Winfrey, with reputedly the best yoga and meditation instructors available, the spa supports ‘mindfulness’, inner strength, ancient healing traditions, compassion and fantastic health. The profound Equine Experience is world renowned. Opportunities include bird watching, biking, hiking, daily massage, nutrition classes, horse riding, swimming in their Olympic-sized pool, golf, pilates and general fitness. American countryside, but beware the wild animals that are allowed to roam freely.
