Set on Mexico’s Pacific Coast and member of the ‘Leading Hotels of the World’ group, this astonishing spa is one of the world’s very best, winning CondÈ Nast ‘Most Excellent Spa’ award. Set in tropical vegetation and overlooking the Pacific (especially good at the infinity edge pool), the plethora of full body rejuvenation and holistic treatments, rituals and combinations include: shiatsu, reflexology, lymphatic therapies, hot stone massages and ‘hydro-reflexology’. Along with body-mind disciplines such as yoga, tai chi and pilates. One treatment coming highly recommended is the hydrotherapy ritual – herbal steam, eucalyptus inhalation, sauna and cold plunge being only a part of the ritual.
