Appearing as a set of villas in the mountains of Tuscany, Cal-a-Vie’s essential focus is on nutrition and fitness, aided by spa therapies. While not necessarily a place to loss excess weight, it certainly is a residence of health education and practice, with 4 staff to every guest. Set amongst the woody hills of California, guests are encouraged on a morning hike to the Pavilion to monitor cardiovascular, endurance, flexibility and strength performance.
