The setting has to be the special feature of this hotel and spa. From their website, you don't get the full picture of how special it is: the number of separate barns that are actually rooms, in the grounds, the relaxed and unpretentious grounds, and its proximity to the sea. We'd advise leaving yourself enough time to go for a wander down to Climping beach through the trees, and maybe even treat yourself to a meal in the evening in their beautiful courtyard restaurant. The spa treatments all use Temple Spa products which we really liked. They have a great range, and appealing packages for mothers-to-be, stressed executives, a Serious Detox, or Pure Indulgence... You could conceivably spend 12 hours here indulging yourself with a day spa package, then go for a walk by the sea and play tennis as well in that time: a very special miniature holiday.
