Suitable for skiers of all abilities. Alpe-d'Huez boasts a wide array of sunny slopes, with over 300 sunny days per year. Although not as extensive as some other French resorts, Alpe-d'Huez's scenic terrain of varying difficulty, with plenty of appealing pistes for intermediates, whilst experts will find suitable skiing both on and off the piste. However, beginner's lift pass typifying the resort's suitability for beginners. Both the impressive mountain restaurants and effiecient lift system add the the enjoyment of the on-mountain experience, whilst the lieft passes also grant free access to the sports facilities away from the mountain.
