This cave system is famous for its crystalline stalagmites and stalactites, which sparkle as they slightly threaten in these claustrophobia inducing tunnels.  These caves aren't as well lit as some of the other show caves of the Dorgogne, but the crystallised surface of the rock formations still seem to glitter making for some pretty photo opportunities.  Get to this geologically interesting cave by driving northwest out of Les Eyzies.
