You get off at the Houshanpi MRT stop and follow the signs for "Wu Fen Pu," which is no more than two blocks away.  There's supposedly a night market also closeby.  This area is made up of several narrow alleys that are packed to the gills with new and cheap fashionable clothes.  The best deals are for NT$100, which is just US$3.50.  Heck ya!
