Listed under Rock Art in Bali, Indonesia.
This sanctuary has one of the oldest carved rock panels in Bali. The relief panel is about 27 metres long by two metres, and mixes the stories of human history and fairy tales – there's horsemen, Krishna, a woman peeking from behind a door, someone who looks like a priest, someone who looks like a bear hunter – and all life sized and fully rounded. One of the highlights of this spot is the older lady who has nominated herself tour guide and likes to have her photo taken with visitors before showering them in holy water.
