This road offers a wonderful Canadian drive along rivers and waterfalls, connecting most major Vermont ski resorts and perfect for nomadic summer golfing trips. With no billboards allowed, this is a wonderful scenic route, traversing Vermont south to north. Accompanied by the Hoosic River at the southern entrance, you then are introduced to Deerfield River with its beautiful waterfalls. As you move north, history catches you in each town and village. Jamaica State Park offers white water rafting, serenity at Benedictine monastery the Western Priory, natural art at The Whales, and the best waterfall in Vermont at Moss Glen Falls. Visit Ben & Jerry’s factory to cool down in winter and fatten in winter.
