With several forest and marine reserves, and offering snorkelling, scuba diving, boat trips to see dolphins, whales and sharks, hiking, abseiling, parasailing, golf, kayaking and more, South Africa’s Garden Route offers the country’s best beaches, lagoons and scenic road trip. Wedged in-between the Indian Ocean and the mountains, it would be as easy to take a week or a year to explore all on offer, eating as much brilliantly fresh seafood as required (especially oysters at Krysna).
