Since opening in 1999, D.O.M. has become hot news in Brazil, being the first restaurant in South America to be included in the top 50 restaurants of the world. Starring Brazil’s top chef Alex Atala, the cuisine consists of “elegant French-inflected dishes with traditional Brazilian ingredients”(newsweek.com).
