Laragai House is a private house set amongst the rolling hills of the Borana private ranch and can happily sleep a group of 10 adults with children. Originally conceived as the Nairobi holiday home for a pair of aristocratic brothers, no expense has been spared on its construction. Ancient African sculptures sit alongside the fossils of trilobites, and the 4 poster beds incorporate twisted tree boughs with billowing satins. Perched atop the edge of an escarpment that drops 3,000 feet to the valley beyond, views from the grandiose living room and the two master bed rooms are spectacular. With a pool, an outside barqeuque, dining room and games room, there is plenty of room throughout.
