This museum attempts to pans 400 million years of Hong Kong’s history. Starting with geology and archaeology, on to human history and ethnography, the Hong Kong Museum of History covers everything up to the reunification with China in 1997. The main exhibition halls are filled with interactive displays and videos as well as artefacts and you can anticipate spending at least two hours getting around the 400 million years.
