Home to grizzly bears, buffalos, bisons, elks and wolves, Yellowstone spreads its grasslands, forests and dramatic volcanic lakes and mountains across Montana, Idaho and Wyoming. Apart from the wildlife, Yellowstone’s star attractions are ‘Old Faithful,’ the geyser that seldom disappoints, and the colourful Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, but there are plenty of other scenes to admire, a selection of less famous geysers and canyons, the volcanic caldera lakes and the hot springs for starters. Hike, fish and camp amongst the wilds and the wildlife.
