Alternative to mainstream guitar pop, but laced with electronica, rock and hip hop, this first Frequency Festival went off in Vienna, 2001 with only two stages, and it's been going and growing since. To give an idea of the kinda acts they attract to their race track, field camping setting, in August 2009 they host Bloc Party, Kasabian and The Prodigy.
