Finding vegetarian food in France is like trying to find a seashell in Austria. Finding good vegetarian food is nearly impossible. Unless of course, you venture into Tomlins Cookery School, where you will not only find amazing vegetarian food, but learn how to cook it as well. The cookery school is connected with apartments and guest-houses with the option of participating in the cooking classes or not, with options for beginners and professionals. The classes incorporate a large Q&A section as well as ample time to eat the creations at the end. For those coming to enjoy the food, rather than cook it, there are plenty of gardens to spend time in, before enjoying the vegetarian masterpieces for dinner.
