The two main beaches on the Dingle peninsular have some of the world's best waves, the full Atlantic swell crashes into the coast with waves from six to 30 or 40 feet high. For people who can't imagine it it is something like an overcast Maui, and the changeable winds make it very exciting.

This is a spot for experienced kiters and you can expect to see some world class performances on a good day, and if it's stormy in the Atlantic you can expect some thrills.

Of the two beaches, Inch Beach has the most varied wind conditions and Brandon Beach has eight or nine great spots along its arch.

There's no kite school here, conditions are way to huge for inexperienced riders, but great riders come from all over to practice here so if you're not strong enough yet to go out you'll definitely get some inspiration.
