Listed under Kitesurfing in Hua Hin, Thailand.
Just 2 hours south of Bangkok lies Hua Hin, a local Thai summer destination surrounded by scenic mountains and beaches. The beach row has some of the most beautiful top-notch hotels and resorts. You can hop in the 80-degree water at any spot and February to mid-May enjoy 12-20 knots. You can live like a king/queen here as everything is dirt cheap, and there's no shortage of the infamous Thai Massage along the beach. Hua Hin has a great city center for clubs and western style eateries. This is by far the best place to kite and party too!

Hua Hin Kitesurfing
Sounds like great fun, Hua Hin I think is a great mix of things to see and do, if you only have a few days to spend outside of Bangkok you can find beaches, temples, night markets, shopping, restaurants. Also the national parks. It is so easy to reach from Bangkok simply by taxi or limo service.
Great place.
