Sedir Island and Cleopatra's Beach

Listed under Islands in Turkey.

Also called Cleopatra's Island,  this island is famous for a beach which has some of the nicest sand in the world – so perfect that the story goes that Marc Antony had it shipped to this Roman resort island for Cleopatra's pleasure.

The ancient Roman city of Kedrai is also one of this island's attractions.
