Magnetic Island

Magnetic Island is only just off Townsville’s coast, there’s a local transport ferry between the island and the main land and it’s a commuter island, people have their homes here. The attractions are the bird sanctuary and national park which has a coastline marked with bays and criss-crossed with walking tracks.
