The Boone Hall Plantation and Gardens is an antebellum plantation. It is located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina and belonged to Major John Boone, who owned the land grant. His son planted the oak trees that are seen on the property.

The house gives insight into the culture of the South during the period in which slave trade was a way of life. The house is a popular tourist attraction and was featured in movies Queen and The Notebook.

The house still produces crops including strawberries, tomatoes and pumpkins and the fields in which these are grown are open for visitors depending on the season.

The Boone Hall Plantation is open all year round.
