Tana Delta (Delta Camp) If it is seclusion and wildness that you are after then this is it! Encorporating a series of small streams that make up the effluence of the Tana River which snakes its way across Kenya, the Tana Delta is probably one of the last remaining, untouched regions of this area of Kenya. The Lodge itself is perched on the top of one of the mighty sand dunes that drop, dramatically to the raging ocean. Each of the 5 rooms has been specifically built to its location and each has a special feature of its own. It is possible to take long walks along the beach, wallow in the rejuvenating mud flats or head inland, to the wetlands, where crocodiles, hippo and birds abound.
