La Quinta Troppo is a small and charming hotel located just off the beach. Its slightly elevated position affords the eight guest rooms some of the most marvelous views of the ocean to be found anywhere in town. All the rooms are beautifully furnished with local arts and crafts. Splashes of bright Mexican color are thoughtfully provided with a carefully placed cushion or artistically draped throw.

Life at La Quinta Troppo is rustic simplicity at its finest. There is no dining room; the restaurant is a clutch of tables set up on the terrace with magnificent views of the ocean and twinkling stars as its ceiling. The hotel is just a short walk from Playa la Ropa, which is undoubtedly the best beach in Zihuatanejo. For non-beach lovers the hotel has a terrace bar with small pool where you can relax with a cocktail and soak up the sun.

Upon arrival at La Quinta Troppo you are greeted with a welcome margarita. We felt instantly at home and found it very hard to leave - we think you will too.
