Warning--Vivant Student Accomodation, worst!!

Listed under Hostels in Cape Town, South Africa.

Vivant Student Housing almost ruined my trip to Cape Town. It seemed legit, and is in the student area of town, but after I moved in i found that there was mold growing in the bathrooms, water poured down the walls when it rained, and the promised cleaning service, laundry facilities, and computer with internet and skype phone were either broken or nonexistant. The staff was increadibly rude and unhelpful when asking for repairs. I was also lied to about the security and the history of break ins. If you want to enjoy Cape Town, do not stay there. My rating says worth a visit because there is no option for zero.
