Listed under Hostels in Singapore, Singapore.
This hostel calls itself a boutique homestay – and it’s certainly more home-y than a lot of hostels despite the central sounding location between Chinatown, Little India and Orchard Road. With only eight rooms and shared bathrooms, run by the owners, One Florence Close is able to be peaceful and welcoming in a way that larger hostels can’t, with sweet touches like free local calls, nice linen and pillows and waterfalls of hot water. Free wifi, television and tea and coffee are available in a lot of hostels these days, but you can appreciate them here as well. Small dorms and private doubles are the only way to go keeping it all in the family – but not kids under ten.
