Listed under Hostels in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
The photos on the website do a lot for this hostel – which actually calls itself a boutique hotel with dorms – which looks like a fair description. The pool looks particularly inviting, bright blue and surrounded by palms and a lush looking garden, but the bright décor inside and wood floors and traditional Thai style furniture in dark wood look tempting as well. The bunks are made of heavy, dark wood and the bedrooms look light and airy.
There are 71 rooms available, from twins and doubles with private bathrooms to family accommodation to dorms with up to 12 beds. There’s also a library, gallery space and a 24 hour kiosk. The reviews suggest it’s a peaceful place to stay and the photos and the vibe of Chiang Mai, which is popular with ecotourists and people looking for a bit more of an authentic experience than Bangkok offers, suggest the same.
