Backpacker Hostel K’s House

Listed under Hostels in Tokyo, Japan.

No one has a lot of space in Tokyo and one of the main complaints visitors make is that their hotel room is tiny. So you may as well stay in a hostel then. This one is Japanese in style, meaning that it’s minimalist and uncluttered. Pine beds and bunks arranged in configurations ranging from private doubles to twins to group rooms with ensuites to dorm rooms for between four and eight people. The communal room looks pretty spacious and offers free wifi and tea and coffee and there’s shared kitchen adjacent dining room, and a tatami matted common room.

K’s House Hostel also has a roof terrace, and you can rent an iron or alarm clock for free…oh, and they’ve also won a couple of awards for being a great hostel, so there must be more to it than just understated simplicity and cleanliness mustn’t there?
