Historic East End

The Historic East End is located in Charleston, West Virginia and lays between the Great Kanawah River and Washington Street. It is also close to the West Virginia State Capitol.

The area is renowned for the amazing architecture and diversity of the buildings. Some styles included here are Georgian, Neo-Classical, Jacobethan, Prairie and Bungaloid. The Holy Grove Mansion is the oldest house in the area.

The Historic East End is named one of the National Register of Historic Places. There is also a garden in the area that is worth a visit.
