Designed by Mother Nature, there is little left to write about St Andrews. St Andrews is the spiritual home of golf, St Andrews is world's most famous links golf course, St Andrews is the mother of golf and so on.
It is probable that golf was played here way back in the 12th century; it is certain that the St Andrews Old course is the oldest golf course in the world.
