Affectionately known as 'The Monster', the Oakland Hills South course dates back to 1918 and is rated amongst the top ten golf courses in the USA. It is regularly used for the United States Open Championships and once hosted the Ryder Cup. It has many tree-lined holes and is notorious for having particularly difficult rough.
