Known for its incredible variety of comedy and unique sense of humour, the improv and stand up scene in Chicago is a must. The comedy ranges from high end performers to free open-mic nights with loads of punch lines and jokes in between. The shear range is remarkable and the city can guarantee that you will leave laughing.

Comedy students or actors on the rise are more than happy to perform for little or no fee at all if it means they can put a smile on your face. With shows ranging from improvised Shakespeare to blue collar stand up, the entertainment keeps on coming. Likewise, the jazz scene and club life make it a spectacular experience for the youth in us all. Having visited many times, a night on the town makes the trip worthwhile.
