The grand front garden of the Luxembourg Palace, this park is a place to relax. Ordered and neat in the French style favouring long promenades and large mirror ponds, this is never the less a place to sit and play flaneur and watch the world go by. A puppet theatre, carousel and playground with a fence will keep the little ones out of your hair while you read the Sunday papers in front of a pond overlooked by graceful statues of French queens, beside the first version of the Statue of Liberty or take a stroll along the pathways lined with large neat flower pots.
