it might seem like one of the most unlikely places in the world to find yourself linking arms and singing "Oans, zwoa G'suffa", but the good-eatin', good-drinkin', good partyin' appeal of Oktoberfest spread to the east in the late 90s and it seems to be here to stay. They're boasting Weihenstephan' beer from the world oldest brewery in Germany, German food and an 'Om-pa-pa' band for four days running.
