Saltwater Fly-Fishing Las Salinas & Cayo Paredon

Listed under Fly Fishing in Cuba.

Cuba is host to many amazing saltwater fly-fishing locations. What makes a location special to a fly-fisherman is the ability to access the best saltwater flats combined with good control and management of the fishing area.

Las Salinas and Cayo Paredon are both known and respected fishing locations however they have never benefited from the close management needed to make them attractive to fly-fishermen. This position changed in 2012 and now both of these locations have new management, new equipment and boats, guides that are being trained in fly-fishing and above all tighter management to ensure that the quality of the fishing improves.

Where

Las Salinas-Zapata National Park
Cayo Paredon Grande-East of Cayo Coco

When

The best Tarpon fishing is from April-July.
Bonefish can be caught all year round

Hi,

Recently I came across some great articles on your site. The other day, I was discussing (http://www.worldreviewer.com/travel-guides/fly-fishing-fishing/saltwater-fly-fishing-las-salinas-cayo-paredon/62803/ ) with my colleagues and they suggested I submit an article of my own. Your site is just perfect for what I have written! Would it be ok to submit the article? It is free of charge, of course!
