Southern California has some of the best Large Mouth Bass fishing in the world. Some of the more established lakes are producing near world record sized fish.

These fish are fishable all year long and will take a variety of offerings if presented in the appropriate manor.

I have been fishing one of my favorite lakes for close to 20 years now. I use a 100% catch and release method on all the Large Mouth Bass. This ensures preservation of the species and provides an excellent opportunity for others to enjoy the sport of catching big Bass.

Bass Fishing in Southern California

Since the beginning of time, Anglers have always wished to dominate the Large Mouth Bass with a simply twitch of the wrist, turn of the crank or splash of lure hitting the still water.

Southern California tends to entertain many anglers in it's vast assortment of premium Large Mouth Bass lakes.

Castaic Lake is one of the premium Bass lakes for the Southern Management District of California.

Come check it out sometime. The lake is open from Sunrise to Sunset everyday except for Christmas Day.
