This was the location used for Max’s house where the scene with the posh party is shot. Also filmed in Prague were the American Embassy scenes, shot at the National Museum, Vaclauske namesti 68 - around the corner from the much less grand American Embassy.

London’s County Hall, South Bank, London was used for CIA Headquarters?

Lots of films have been shot in Prague (lots of location scouts think that Prague is a good double for London 100 years ago), so there are quite a good film locations maps you can buy.
