The arts scene explodes for two whole weeks as the town of Bergen celebrates every sort of creative endeavor known to mankind. Singing, dancing, poetry, and much more fill the city’s streets and venues as Scandanavia’s best and most original artists show the world what they have to offer. There are over 160 events to choose from during the early summer event, and a total of about 50,000 visitors are expected to attend the festival.
